The Sewell Building isn’t just a place to work—it’s a place that reflects the spirit of its community. As part of St. Paul’s Creative Enterprise Zone, we’ve embraced the neighborhood’s bold, artistic energy by commissioning a custom mural that lives on the exterior of our building.

Created by the local muralist, Geno, the mural is more than decoration—it’s a statement of intent. It tells passersby, visitors, and tenants that Sewell is a place where creativity belongs. Where workspaces are filled with makers, doers, and innovators who are proud to be part of something bigger.
